This shipping and return policy helps you understand how we process to deliver your products.

Shipping duration depends on various factors, such as your location, distance, weather conditions, and available transportation modes. On a normal day, we pack your order on the same day and prepare for shipping. Usually, the shipment process takes 5-7 business days

We provide an exchange of the products in cases of wrong size, wrong color, missing items, or damaged products only. If you order a product that we do not have in inventory, you will be eligible for a refund. 

Our customers can exchange the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.

 We pack each of your orders with love, and we want you to take care of our products and maintain hygiene at all costs. Keep in mind that the strict hygiene standards of our products are non-negotiable.

We might consider a few factors before providing refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right not to accept the return of products if we receive them damaged, washed, or torn. from your end.

If you receive damaged products, send us images and write a message within 24 hours at help@zenkowear.com, and we will check the case and get back to you with solutions.

For the exchange of your order, you must provide us with the packaging, goodies, stickers, tags, and products you received. Freebies and gifts need to be returned along with the products. You should tell us exactly how you received your order. Do not forget to send us the bill receipt.

We will consider your request and recheck with customer support. The completion of your request will take 7 working days after you send it to us.

We prefer you to check products and read details, sizes, descriptions, and colors carefully before placing an order. And avoid exchanges.

In cases of exchanges or refunds, you are eligible to receive a refund of the product price. Delivery fees will be charged for the service.

Do not misuse the product Even if you receive a defective item, send it back, and we can help you resolve it.

Your orders can only be exchanged when the product you receive is torn out, faded, the wrong size, the wrong color, used, or not according to your order preferences. 

Our products go through so much durability and testing before you receive them; be assured about the product quality.
